Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly admitted to killing Tupac, another lawsuit claims

Another lawsuit has been brought against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, which claims the disgraced music mogul admitted to being behind the murder of Tupac Shakur.

Over the past year, a string of sexual assault, rape, and sex trafficking allegations have been brought against the 55-year-old US rapper, who is currently awaiting trial in a New York prison.

Combs – who has formerly gone by numerous aliases including Puff Daddy and P Diddy – has been denied bail on several occasions but maintains his innocence, strongly denying all charges brought forward, with his trial set to begin in May 2025.

Now another lawsuit has been brought against Combs by a male escort in the Southern District of New York, who on February 26 claimed Combs sexually assaulted him 13 years ago and then threatened him to keep quiet by allegedly saying, ‘If I can get Pac [Tupac] hit, what the f**k do you think can happen to you?’

The accuser, who goes by John Doe, alleges Combs forced him to perform ‘oral and penetrative sex’ on a woman in 2012 and ‘forcibly anally raped’ him, as per the lawsuit reported by Variety. Doe claimed he repeatedly told Combs to stop, screaming ‘no’ because he was in pain.

Doe also claims Combs fed him from a water bottle and rubbed baby oil all over his body, making him feel ‘as if he had been drugged’ and ‘not in complete control of his body’.

‘You better not say a word to anybody about this. Did you hear me,’ Doe claimed Combs said after the alleged assault and Tupac threat.

In 2016, Combs denied claims he was involved in Tupac’s 1996 murder.

Combs was asked on American radio show The Breakfast Club about the allegations. In response, he said: ‘We don’t talk about things that are nonsense.

‘We don’t even entertain nonsense, my brother.

‘So we’re not even going to go there, with all due respect. I appreciate you as a journalist asking. Thank you.’

Tupac was killed in 1996 aged 25 in a drive-by shooting after a Mike Tyson boxing match near the Las Vegas Strip. His murder was thought to be part of a feud between rival rap groups from two different labels, Death Row Records and Combs-founded Bad Boy Records.

He was in the passenger’s seat of a BMW in a convoy of others when, as they waited for a red light, someone in a white Cadillac opened fire on him.

He died a week later from multiple gunshot wounds to the arm, thigh, right lung and chest.

Rapper Notorious B.I.G – who was famously signed with Bad Boy Records – was later killed in 1997 in another drive-by shooting.

Former gang leader Duane ‘Keffe’ D Davis was charged with the murder of Tupac in 2023, 27 years after the Las Vegas incident.

‘It has taken countless hours, really decades, of work by the homicide section to get to where we are today,’ the lead police officer began in a statement in September that year.

‘Some people did not believe that the murder of Tupac Shakur was important to this police department, that was not the case back then and that is not the case today.

‘Our goal has always been to hold those accountable for Tupac’s violent murder. Every life that is lost is important and remains a priority for this police department,’ he continued.

At the press conference, Homicide Lieutenant Jason Johansson said Davis had been the ‘leader and shot caller’.

On October 1, it was revealed that over 100 people were suing Combs in allegations from victims as young as 9.

Combs’ lawyer has continued to deny ‘any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors’.
